This shot is very creative. One of the virtues I admire is creativeness. As I mentioned in SLRclub, it could be named like "Upward or Downward", as in "Push or Pull".
And, the retouching-technique has already became another genre in a photo-area, as far as you do not lean on the photoshop-stuff too much. I just want you to be "a technician" first, before "a photographer". Photographer without a technique is like a man with stubbornness who pushes his ideas in to other's head. You see what I am trying to say?
